It's not the name for what we do!
I have been struggling with the same old collective terms that have been around for years — Airbnb, holiday let, short term rental, serviced accommodation. While they all apply to what we do in one way or another, none truly reflect what we do and are not guest centric in anyway what so ever.
Yes you can rent our properties for a short term. Yes if you are having a holiday we will let them to you. They are indeed accommodations that offer a serviced element for guests and we certainly market the properties on Airbnb.
Airbnb is our marketing channel or partner - its not what we offer guests and all of the other terms emerged from the property sector. What we do isn't a property play it about operating a world class hospitality business blending two foundations of wealth creation - property and business.
We began by describing ourselves as delivering Serviced Accommodation - the best of a bad bunch but have simply decided it isn't appropriate so what we do is better described ..
We create Guest Residences — Whether you're exploring a new city, escaping to the coast, visiting family, celebrating life’s milestones, or simply working away from home, our residences offer something more:
Independence without compromise. Comfort without question. A place to gather, rest, cook, connect — and feel at home, wherever the occasion.

We specialise in the design, development, and delivery of World Class Guest Residences: fully self-contained, upscale to luxury properties that offer guests the space, comfort, and independence of a home from home experience — with the quality and consistency of a premium hospitality brand.
Our mission is simple:To set the standard for beautifully designed, meticulously operated Guest Residences — where every stay feels effortless, elevated, and exactly as it should be. Always striving to deliver a world class experience which thereby maximises ADR, Occupancy and ultimately RETURN ON INVESTMENT for our investors and clients.
It does feel a bit odd using this new term but while it may take a little time to settle I just feel better becasue it far better describes what we do.
