The Self-Research Prompt Pack
AI 101 taught you the method. This is where you point it at a real market.
The Self-Research Prompt Pack is a sequence of twelve prompts that do the research legwork on a serviced accommodation market for you, and hand the reading back where it belongs. You work from the macro picture down to the micro detail, the shape of a town's demand, its seasonality, the hotels and what they charge, the short-let supply already competing, then down to a single neighbourhood and a single postcode, and finally into a spreadsheet that tests the numbers with your own costs across a conservative, expected and strong case.
Every prompt is built on the RCTFC framework from the course, copy-paste ready, with the bracketed fields yours to fill. And every one is built to do the same disciplined thing: gather the evidence, cite it, label what was estimated rather than measured, and stop.
None of them hands you a verdict. Not the ceiling, not the gap, not the score, not the buy-or-do-not-buy. That interpretation is the work, and it stays yours, because an AI guessing a verdict for you is precisely how bad decisions get made. This is the legwork done faster, with the judgement kept where it counts.
