Why should I pay you for property analysis as opposed to sourcers some of whom do it for free?

If they are offering free sourcing - it's being paid by someone else. Property Sourcers are incentivised by deal completion, not your long-term success. Their "free" analysis optimizes for getting you to buy, not operational performance. We charge for strategic intelligence because our only incentive is providing analysis you can trust.

The depth of what we deliver - competitive positioning, operational P&Ls, strategic market analysis—isn't what sourcers provide. They find properties. We help you understand what are the right properties and why.

 

Can't I just figure this out myself?

Absolutely. Many successful operators do. The question is whether you want to risk spending 6-12 months learning expensive lessons or compress that learning into strategic guidance from someone who's already made (and fixed) those mistakes across hundreds of properties.

What if I don't like the locations you suggest?
