We will identify the ideal location or in this case we have already identified the property which has excellent potential. We will provide a full strategic appraisal of the location, comparable performances and profitability. We liaise with the vendors and conduct an outline assessment of the range and scale of the refurbishment required to create the ideal guest offer for the location.

Appraise & Acquire

We manage the acquisition process signposting solicitors and mortgage brokers as required. We conduct a more detailed plan for refurbishment works and lines up trades and quotes. The final appraisal as well as the Mortgage Brokers report will ease and accelerate the mortgage process.

Design & Project manage

A design - typically already sketched out - will be concluded and delivered to you for sign off. Design is by The Ticking Stripe Interior Design - specialising in design of SA to maximises ROI and Guest Experience.

The development process will be managed by Samantha and this and the staging - the finishing touches - will be completed only by the principal Samantha. All budgets will be agreed and set and you will have full sight of progress updates and can visit if you wish.

Stage & Market

Everything the guest needs will be ordered and in place. Our photographer will be booked and the marketing will commence. If you are self managing we will help you establish the systems and processes to operate a world class SA. If we are hosting and managing the business for you we will plug the property into our systems and take care of all the day to day for you delivering world class hosting services for you the owner and your guests.
